As part of our services, we also provide the documentation necessary for your FDA submission. We create the Security Architecture Views, Controls documentation, SBOM, SBOM Vulnerability report, and summary Security Report for the cloud portion of your device submission.
Once in market, we can provide tier 2 engineer support, allowing your clients to get best-in-class support of your product. Issues that cannot be resolved by your tier 1 support team are forwarded to us to resolve.
